Hot Pizza, Late Nights, North Bergen Delivered

"I ordered two large pizzas and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were good and tasted fresh, which was the only positive part of the order. Unfortunately, the pizzas were very disappointing. They were undercooked, felt old and reheated, and didn’t taste fresh at all. As shown in the pictures, I really didn’t enjoy them. The service was great, the cashier was friendly, the order was handled quickly, and there were. The atmosphere was nice, with music playing in the background. However, food quality is the most important part, and it was disappointing."

"i walk in , no one is standing at the register. i waited. then rang the bell. still no one came, me and my brother could hear voices in the back. so my brother rings the bell a lil harder the second time. and we were still waiting. when the girl finally decides to come up to the register , she just stares at me with like an attitude. no hi , or how can i help you, nothing!! she took my order and immediately left to the back room again. is there not enough workers ? idk. but customer service , and customer awareness needs to be worked on. do better"

"I ordered a large, Tavern crust pizza with 3 meats for $11.99 and 12 pc wings. The order was delivered and one of my Ranch sauces that I was charged for was missing, but I didn't want to bother calling about it. So, I go to take a small bite of the pizza and the cheese was a dark orange color, sausage was hard, and the crust was so overcooked that the pizza had no flexibility. I could pick the pizza up and drop it without it bending at all. So, I called this store to ask for another pizza to be delivered. The first time, a man answered and told me I'll need to call the number back and ask for the Manager..... I called back and someone picked the phone up then hung it up. Then, I got a call back from a Pizza Hut callback number and then someone answered the phone who said he was a Manager. I explained to him how overcooked this pizza is and then picked a slice up and dropped it several times and asked if he could hear how hard the pizza is. I then told him I could send him a picture since his tone came off as not believing me. He then told me to send him a picture, I said okay, and before I could get any email address or a instructions for sending a picture, he hung up the phone. I called right back and have now been on hold for over 20 minutes. I also plan to find out who the Owner is or if there is a Regional Manager or a higher up. I know if they treated me like this and not one time did I get loud or aggressive, so I can only imagine how many others have been treated like this. Now, I'll need to dispute the charge when all I wanted was a fresh pizza. I'm wrapping up this review and it is now 19 minutes and 50 seconds they've had me on hold. So, I guess they're waiting for me to hang up. After 21 minutes, they hung up the phone."

"I would love for everyone on here to hear this. I came in on a Sunday thought it was a sit in salad bar place we asked to be seated so they asked to order first then sit. Which was ok upon giving the lady my order 1 large pie 2 smallest order of wings and Mott’s sticks she said we don’t have water not to buy or tap which was super weird. She said my total was $80! I said no thank you. Have a nice day. 80$ for 1 large pie 2 6pcs wings and Mott’s stick I was stunned. I have never ordered food at Resturant and canceled it. I’m shocked. There is no prices on the menu"

"I actually went to go pick up my order, staff greeted me with a smile and asked me how I was doing and everything. Got home and me and my bro were really happy with everything pizza was toasted just right, wings were fire, breadsticks with the marinara were on point. Honestly a really good experience from walking in to enjoying the food at home."
